I ordered a wheel based on the specifications listed on their website. It arrived and didn't fit. After 4 calls (no one responded to my 3 messages or my emails), I finally reached someone who told me the specs on their website were wrong, that they would fix the website and that I would be issued a return authorization number. It's been a month and nothing has been done. Beware, customer service is almost nonexistent and now all I have is an expensive door stop. SO glad I didn't order all 4 wheels! I don't have enough doors! Quite unhappy with these turkeys!! They have a cool product; too bad the website is flat wrong and that the company doesn't 't stand behind their products.

I'm rating my experience based off the website, the website itself is fine but after having problems trying to order some wheels I had called to number on the website twice and the same gentlemen answered both times and was quite rude. The first time I just asked a question and he seemed to not care at all and ended up hanging up before I was done talking and the second time he offered no help of any sort after the payment method wasnt working. I d I nt understand why its so hard to do your job, its like they just dont care about the customer but thats fine because now I just won't be using them 🤷‍♂️

If i could give negative 5 stars i would. I should have looked at the reviews. The worst wheel company i've dealt with. took twice the estimated date to ship the wheels and the powdercoat looks like a child with a spray can did it. Get the package and no caps for the wheels.... they conveniently didn't tell me they were backordered on them and didn't say that on the site as well. Everytime i called (if they answer) they could not tell me where the wheels were.... a wheel company that doesnt know the status of wheels seems backwards. Stay away

The prices are good, but you get what you pay for here--not sure their quality control is up to the task. I ordered a set of custom wheels and two of the wheels still had welding wire attached to some really bad welds...then they powder coated over that. On top of that, the powder coat has areas that will rub off with your thumbnail. Go with another company if you can or set your expectations appropriately.

This is probably the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with,they don't know where their products are, they don't ship out when they say, they just give excuses, I love the product their rims are excellent but anyone with some business sense should buy them, fire the entire staff and start over, unfortunately they are the only ones who have this style, would NOT recommend doing business with these guy's, you'll spend all your time on the phone trying to find the product you paid for. This company is a disgrace to automotive supply company's everywhere!
