A friend recommended Universal Tires to me, and I’m so glad they did. I’d been driving around with my check engine light on for almost five years because I kept putting it off and wasn’t sure what the issue was. They figured it out way faster than I expected and got my car fixed without any hassle. I can’t even explain how nice it feels to finally look at my dashboard and not see that light anymore. Everyone was kind, honest, and made me feel like they genuinely cared instead of just trying to sell me something. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends. I called 30 minutes before they closed and they graciously took me in for a tire repair. Not only did they took me in but they did a thorough inspection of the tire and found the leaks, which was unrepairable...They went out of their way to install the donut tire with the right PSI and made sure the car was safe to drive. The staff is professional, kind, and full of integrity! They got a new customer now! Highly recommend them!

Picked up a screw in Berkeley and after reading a few reviews rolled into Universal Tires audibly bleeding air. I had barely described my situation when they said “no problem, we can do it now. 20 minutes.” They were done in 15. The line at Acme bakery was longer than it took them to fix my tire. Great value. Excellent service. 5/5

Nail in my tire, fixed it in about 10mins. Very friendly and honest. This is the second time I had to remove nails from my tires within 1 and 1/2 months. Who is throwing nails on the road?

Absolutely blown away by Universal Pro Tires! I originally went in just to get cross bars installed on my car, but I left seriously impressed by how versatile, straightforward, and efficient their service is.
