I had a great experience with Vibrant Mechanical! We scheduled an appointment quickly, and Mario was very helpful on the initial visit. He explained what he saw, made recommendations for improvements to my A/C system with varying options, and answered all of my questions. I feel relieved, and I know what I need to do now and in the near future with my A/C system.

I had a great experience with Vibrant Mechanical. I called pretty late at night because my AC wasn’t working, and they still came out around 11 PM to help me. What stood out to me immediately was how honest they were. One of the first things mentioned was that they didn’t want to mess with anything that could affect my warranty. They could’ve easily just taken the job and my money. They genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind. They took their time explaining everything to me, showed me what they were finding, answered my questions, and gave me advice on what to do next.They even found a serious safety issue from the previous installation that I had no idea about. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly just made a really stressful night a lot easier. I also really appreciate that they’re available 24/7. The price is reasonable for them to come out, inspect everything, and explain what was going on. Overall, they really earned my trust and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Vibrant Mechanical again. Definitely recommend them!

Mario is the best! Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! He made sure I understood how to keep up with the maintenance of my air conditioner! John the manager, was very nice also! He worked a miracle for me as far as parts! Highly recommend this company for any matters you may have with your air conditioner!

Vibrant Mechanical was excellent! They took the appointment from overnight and were able to have my AC serviced right away at my scheduled time the next morning. Mario, the technician, came by and helped clear my drain line. He was quick, efficient, and extremely professional. He was also able to notice a different issue that was causing leakage and repaired that for me without additional cost, likely saving me plenty in future issues. Would highly recommend!

I'm so glad I went with this company! Everyone from the owner to the techs I encountered were on time, pleasant and professional. John came out to give a diagnosis, and he was extremely knowledgeable about my Daikin mini split four-port ductless hvac system. The tech from another company who installed it, should have brazed all 4 refrigerant lines to ensure that there wouldn't be any leaks or suggested I do so. He showed me which units were leaking, but I decided to get all four units done to avoid issues in the future with the others. The other company had a one month work warranty which I was informed is a red flag but honestly didn’t want to get anymore work done by them after this tedious job and getting U0 error code after exactly 1 month. The diagnosis fee was waived due to getting the work done by the company. The price was affordable and on point. I can't say how grateful I am to them, because all of my saved up funds going towards the initial install with the other company. The pic shows minimal repair needing to be done after they meticulously worked on each unit which I will get patched up and painted. Vibrant made it right, and I can't sing enough of John's praises!
