In short: Great price and service that those big companies can't do! Doug, the manager, rules! Details: Stop looking at Amazon or Bestbuy for TVs when you have Video Only and their nice TV experts—— yes, talking to them about your concerns and worries actually may very well hand to you a result that you won't regret. I was talking with Doug, the manager, who not only knows his way around good TVs and sound systems, but he also understanding puns and worries like "joining the south in 1865". As a matter of fact, Doug granted me with a comfort that purchasing the 2025 TCL QM8K is never like joining the south in 1865. The deal of this brand new out-of-box 2025 qm8k ended up with lots of perks and surprises in services and offers. AKA, with a price that no big guys like Amazon or Bestbuy can do! Thank you, Doug!

Good deal and decent consultation advice on what I needed. Be careful with the conditions for delivery and set-up as they seem to change from store to actual delivery. And don't fall for the BS line they give you about how you must keep the box and packaging for 30 days just in case. It's just them not taking responsibility for the cardboard after they set-up your TV and leaving you stuck with the trash.

Great experience buying a TV! I wanted to see how this company is still in business with all the online companies. I had done my homework and was deciding between two TVs. When I went to the store I could actually see both the TVs and that made my decision much easier. When it came to the price they were $200 cheaper than Amazon. I was able to get the TV delivered the next day. The store manager Doug was great to work with. If you are looking for a new TV I highly recommend checking out Video Only!

The video store had an amazing setup for comparing sizes, brands and technologies which helped me narrow down to the exact TV I wanted. I liked how they have comparable models lined up next to each other, so you know what you're paying extra for. The sales professional, Fred was very helpful and patient in letting me go through all the options and was quite knowledgeable about the options present as well. I would definitely recommend this place

Video only is a store that specializes (you guessed it) in video related stuff. It’s 2023 so basically TV’s my dude. Anyway the only mountain view is located right next to costco and their prices are usually $50-$150 cheaper than Costco. The obvious difference is Costco’s warranty, so if you don’t want the 3 year warranty then Video Only store is for you! Always ask for help here as their display prices might not be reflected properly as they fluctuate. The sales associates are fantastic people and easy to talk with so definitely check them out!
