Superlative quality and service. My 2026 BMW 330i with only 2,600 miles was vandalized in a parking lot at the Thousand Oaks Mall. The hood had been scratched so deeply that the etch went down to the metal. I have a $1,000 deductible, so I didn't want to have to file a claim with the insurance company. I got other estimates from high to ridiculous, despite telling the estimators that I wanted to pay cash for this. Nick gave me an exceptionally fair estimate and was able to get the car in for the repair quickly. I had it back in four days, which minimized inconvenience. The quality of the work was stunning. I picked up the car expecting it to be dusty and smell like paint. Instead, it was spotless, freshly polished, and as clean as when I took delivery of it new. Don't be put off by the look of the facility. I saw them pulling in a new Rolls-Royce to have some damage repaired, so they work at that level of quality. Trust your car to these people. Great to work with and superb quality.

Amazing amazing amazing!! Everyone here is so nice, so knowledgeable, and my car looks STUNNING!! I was even going to get a detail after my car was fixed and I didn’t need to because the car looked perfect! Nick and Yvonne were super nice and explained everything to me patiently (with all my crazy questions lol). Everyone I saw in the shop was super nice, and I would take my car here again no question. Fantastic, thank you!! 😊

This body shop should be the customer service and business model for all successful automotive body repair shops. From initial experience to final outcome, I felt well taken care of. My car looked fabulous. Dana, Yvonne, et al were all top notch. I would come here again, though hopefully I won’t need to, in a heartbeat.

I can't say enough about Dana and the team at Westlake. We coordinated a vehicle repair (and ultimately sale) for my daughter's car from 600 miles away, and Dana was with us every step of the way. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. At the end of the day, they didn't get a dime from us because the car ended up being totaled, but they will be the first ones I will call if my daughter has car issues, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience with Westlake Auto Collision, and I want to give credit to Dana for going above and beyond throughout the entire process. I was in an accident with my 2026 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and they came highly recommended. From the start, Dana made everything simple and easy to deal with. Dana was responsive, handled all communication with insurance and estimates, and kept me updated the entire time, which took a lot of stress off my plate. She also coordinated communication with third parties to get the wrap work completed on the vehicle and even arranged for the vehicle to be transported to the other shop so the work could be done. They were also great about documenting photos of the vehicle throughout the process and sending those over, which I really appreciated. The office was professional and easy to work with whenever I had questions or came in. Communication was consistent the entire time, and I always knew the status of my vehicle and what was happening next. The repair was completed on time and the vehicle looked great when I picked it up. Overall, very professional shop with strong communication and quality work. I would definitely recommend them
