Easy to schedule. Good location. Nice people to work with. We were afraid we would have to go to a dealer to get our Hyundai fixed, but Westside was able to fix the automatic emergency braking themselves.

I took my1998 e-350 in here about a year ago for diagnostics and a tune up. I had a terrible experience at the time, but just yesterday learned that *they charged me for a part and labor that they never actually replaced.* I wasn't going to publicly share my dissatisfaction, as I'm a small business owner myself and don't like to leave negative reviews. However, now that I know I was taken advantage of even more than I thought, I feel compelled to put out a warning, especially to woman truck owners. At the time of the service, they said they'd have my vehicle for one day to do regular maintenance: fluids and filters. It was running totally fine when I dropped it off. They ended up having it for a whole week because they couldn't get it to start up again after they did some work on the fuel system, and had to spend days figuring out why. They didn't keep me updated, and I had to keep calling to try and see what was going on. When I was able to get a hold of them, they didn't offer an explanation, take ownership that things didn't go as planned, or apologize for errors made in the process of doing the maintenance. Westside Auto Repair is the best in town. I’ve been to a few mechanics for car repairs and wish I found Westside earlier. From drop-off to pick-up, Tony and his team made sure I was well-informed & updated every step of the way. As a young female, mechanics can be daunting and I am so grateful to have found a place I can trust! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Hands down best shop in town, especially if you value peace of mind and an honest, local business. I brought a used vehicle in for a post-purchase inspection, with one week to test-drive and claim a full refund if I wasn't satisfied. Thanks to the shop's thorough inspection, I was spared the embarrassing and costly mistake of buying a total lemon. Staff went above and beyond to provide a detailed report for me and explain the issues they found, patiently and in laymen's terms. I can't thank Tony, Andrew, Alexis, and the rest of the crew enough for their professional, knowledgeable, and kind service.
