Ivin was incredibly helpful helping me with my bent rims, service was outstanding and everyone greeted with a smile. Their waiting room is so well organized and equipped with drinks, WiFi and snacks, lovely place and in case if I ever need a rim job or tire purchase, definitely coming over here. One of the few mechanic shops that actual lot care about the client.

The only place that is allowed to touch my wheels. It all started with my RS5 and a bent rim. A few hours later, it was perfect and I was happy. Next came my RS3 (I have great cars, just bad luck). I hit a lovely Oakland pothole and it hit so hard like a hood subwoofer, it actually flatten part of the wheel... I had vibrations like I was sitting inside that hood subwoofer... A day later, the wheel was fixed, inspected like brand new... Happy Guy.. and then it happened... Pulling out a Target parking space in a hurry and dragged my wheel along the parking curb... I was is a flurry of emotions... kicked the curb but that only hurt my foot. So I dragged my foot and the car back to WRP... Once again, after some tissues, everything was back together again... I didn't understand how they were so good..... Now....I bought my e-tron gt (don't worry, it's slightly used so I didn't take that massive value hit)... But it did have a scratch on the wheel that my OCD just couldn't get passed.... WRP, here I come. They needed it the entire day because with all cars, it had to be juuuuuuuust right... I had an unfortunate experience at a tire shop where they damaged my rims. Looked online for recommendations and landed here. I had a really wonderful experience with Wheel Repair Performance. Brought my car in and got an unbiased, professional evaluation from Sal, arranged an appointment with Janett for the following week, dropped off the car with Francisco, and picked up the car with Itzel. Everything was organized, staff is very friendly, and the quality of work with their machinery and finish is amazing. Pictures are of the repair and some photos of the damage prior as reference (inner lip and exterior).

The team batting it out of the park here!!! Brought in wheels to get refinished and I have to say the work was excellent. More importantly though, the customer experience was excellent and that is what makes a small business successful! Thank you!

Hit a pothole on Wednesday night. Got a flat tire and the wheel is bent. Does a quick search online and some calls. End up choosing wheel repair performance, as it was able to make same day appointment and with much lower price compared to others. Went to diagnose and found out two left wheels have different degree of bent. Inspection is 25 dollars per wheel, and if the tire gets repaired it’s waived. Sal the owner patiently explained to me what’s wrong with my wheels and said that it they an be fixed within few hours (which I didn’t believe initially as other wheel shops needing at least 24hrs) I dropped off the car late afternoon and am surprised that I am able to pick up the car the next morning. Itzel helped me with reception and offer great service! Really recommend this shop if you need to repair wheels!!!! Affordable/Lower price, excellent work, and have the repair done within a short amount of time. Will come back if I have a wheel issue again!
