I made an appointment on line three days before I dropped my car over..I talked to the man at the desk his name is Adrian. I explained to him a couple issues I was having I took him outside he started the car and he heard the clicking on the car he said his technician will look it over it was 9am.i had to call them around 4.pm they closed at 5 p.m I was told they will keep the car overnight inspect it in the morning. It took two days for them to tell me the noise was coming from the differential. According to the technician they said the car has being driven pretty hard. I drive 40 miles a week all street. I found that kind of add At that point I should pick up my car .after one week the car was done.the noise the issues were not fix.i wanted to trust this people. But at no point i was told my car need it to be there for a week. Unfortunately I can't not prove that what they fix need it to be fix after $1400. I totally regret not getting a second opinion. My advice always get a second opinion and estimate and ask how long your car will be there. I will never take my car to this aamco.

If I could give 0 stars I would the person in charge of managing the schedule will make arrangements and appointments and never have the staff show up. Then when confronted about the ongoing no call no shows gives attitude make excuses and now states their company is booked 3 months out. I do not want them to come and contact us at all I am posting this honest review as a warning. If you are serious and need assistance skip this place and find a company that can keep their appointments and word.

My first experience great my 2nd and 3rd a total waste of hard earned money. Had to get a transfer replaced in my saturn suv. I didn't know these particular trans were faulty. I know Aamoco knew and they charged me 6000 bucks for a used faulty trans with 6 mo warranty. I took it back 51/2 months they blamed on motor mounts. Got them replaced nothing wrong with them..6 months still problem no honor warranty expired. Totally scandalous if u ask me

DONT COME HERE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! I came here cause I seen they had good Reviews and as they were started to take of my transmission something told me to Look closely at the Good Reviews, if you look for yourself they use FAKE REVIEWERS to Review their Page!! If u look at the 1 Star you will see that Those are real PEOPLE. so I called in less than 40mins that they were working on my Truck and told them To Stop working on It! That ima Just Scrap It Just so they wouldn't do anything to my Truck, as I told they Lady on the phone that's she told me they are going to Charge me $500 to release the Vehicle! So I came in person To get my Truck Back ! And told them so Far they got 40mins of labor and YOUR boss Said it was $200 per Hour for Labor wich is RIDICULOUS just for Removing 5 bolts only . EVEN AFTER That she was still trying to have her Guys put on Back the BOLTS so they could Charge me An Additional Hour since they don't work By The MINUTE accordingly to Her Boss ADRIAN! THEY WANTED TO SQUEEZE OUT MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE PLEASE DONT COME HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST !! I wish I can Review a 0 Star 😡

I had a great experience with getting my transmission fixed. Prisma was helpful with giving me information and took my calls after hours and provided me with everything I need. I free like she went above and beyond and if we have any issues I know that she and the team here will be able to help. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone.
