Marco and his team just installed a Jasper deleted engine in my GMC Yukon. Couldn't be happier with their service. We'll see how the engine does through time but the service from Randy's was exceptional. Highly recommended.

My visit is from 2006, but I am traumatized every time I pass by the place so I thought I'd leave a review. I took my 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T for a transmission fix and my car was undrivable. I spent a couple grand to get it fixed. Not a week went by before my transmission broke down again into an undrivable state. So, I had to spend another couple grand at AAMCO and they did a wonderful job. I remember my car being and feeling better than before. I was 19 or 20 years old at the time, and I learned a valuable lesson that month about where and who to take your vehicle to.

I can't really say anything negative or positive. My car broke down close by. I walked in their office. Nobody asked if I needed help. Outside I had the same treatment from the tech in the shop. Turns out my car needed a transmission. I had it towed 7 miles away to a transmission shop. Within 48 hours my car was repaired and drives like new. Best $3,300 I've spent in years. Cheaper than buying a new car.

It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic especially when it's a big job like having your engine replaced but this is the place. I had a new engine put in my truck and I can't say enough good things about how great they were. It was done faster than expected, great communication and they have been very helpful with any issue that's come up. This is a reputable and legitimate shop. I'm a customer for life.

Recently the owner replied to my review. It only took him 5 years to reply. I asked to talk to him directly when I was having all the problems I was experiencing after they rebuilt my transmission. I never heard from him once. Now 5 years later I finally hear from him. Still the worst transmission shop around. Worst transmission shop around. I had the transmission in my truck rebuilt at this shop March 19th, 2019. I paid them $2000 to rebuild it. 2 days later just before they closed, Leonard called and said my truck was ready. I picked it up and drove it home. The transmission was still doing the same thing it was doing when I took it there to have it rebuilt. I’ve taken it back a few times and each time I get it back, it’s still doing the same thing. They never rebuilt the transmission in my truck. They ripped me off for $2000. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Randys automotive shop refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau when the Better Business Bureau tried to contact them. This place makes a living off of ripping people off. There’s a lot of honest repair shops out there. Randy automotive and transmission is not an honest repair shop.
