When I set out to find a shop to repair my car.I called a few places , but they wasn't two helpful so I searched and search and finally , I ended up calling AAMCO in san Bernardino i spoke with Michael he was nice. And really helpful. He explained everything to me about the job that needed to be done. That made me comfortable. And when I finally met with him. I knew that I made the right choice. He explained what needed to be done and the best way to approach it i also had his co worker Mike who was just as nice so where all the mechanics This is the best place to take your car when you need work done.I appreciate them.Thank you guys for the work you do. I am truly grateful and pleased with the outcome with AAMCO. Michael and the other guy’s went above and beyond with our car. They’re very knowledgeable, helpful and have good communication. Michael kept me updated during the entire time our car was in the shop and the estimate of the job being done was on point. I will always come to AAMCO.

I'm glad I decided to take my car to Mike rather than the other places listed. He's a very nice guy, I can honestly say I made a new friend. I asked him to look at my pulley tensioner and fan belt and that I would pay the extra for it. When he got back to me he told me that those parts are in good condition and do not need to be changed. You know what that is to me... Honesty and integrity! That's a very important attribute when mechanics tell you that your parts are good. Whenever I need work done in the future I will be going to aamco on waterman avenue. I took some of his business cards for referrals because we need honest businessman in these days. Thank you very much Mike!

Excellent customer service! Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, authentically human no generic customer service scripts here. He took the time to explain in detail the transmission work my 2003 chevy silverado needed. Price was fair, warranty is good, but the people make the difference. I noticed several happy repeat loyal customers dropping off vehicles and picking up. No one is happy when they got car problems but these guys got the human quality that just makes people smile. Again the people make the difference and my truck is running great!

I had a great experience at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and very upfront throughout the process. They took the time to explain what my vehicle actually needed and, unlike many shops, they didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services or replace parts that weren’t due at my maintenance interval. I had several services done including spark plugs, brakes, an oil change, and transmission service, and the pricing was extremely fair for the work performed. Everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Mike, the service manager, was especially great to work with. He was very friendly and genuinely enjoyable to talk with while I was there, which made the whole experience even better. It’s refreshing to find an honest shop that values transparency and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable automotive service.
