Exceptional service! I shopped around for an alignment, balance, and rotation, and Firestone had the best prices and reviews by far. Don, Bryce, and Rico were incredibly helpful over the phone and patient with all my questions. When I brought my car in last Saturday, they did an amazing job. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just honest, quality work. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning.

Down Pikes helped me, saved me time, and treated me like a VIP. He was extremely helpful, professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. He saved me a lot of time and money, and I am very grateful to have worked with him. I've been with Firestone for many years, and to this day I've never received such spectacular service. Dawn handled everything in the kindest and most professional manner. This man saved me money, saved me time, and made the whole experience easy. Employees like Down Pikes deserve recognition. A hardworking and dedicated man like that deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides.

Came in to get my tires and oil changed which I usually let my husband handle because I don't know a thing about it. The manager Rico helped me out. He was awesome! I didn't have an appointment so he explained I'd have a short but he got me outta there surprisingly fast. He was nice abd explained everything that I would need. So I had a great understanding by the time I was ready to start services. He was knowledgeable abd professional and next time I dint mind going to get my car serviced as long as I can do it with him. Definitely will be going back.

Called in to get tires for my 2014 Jeep patriot. Don quickly picked up my call, answered all my questions very professionally and got me into 4 Brand new Firestone tires at MUCH better price than I was originally planning to spend. To top it off he got me in the moment I called on a weekend ! In less than 2 hours my car was aligned and ready to go! Thank you again Don the tires drive AMAZING !
