One of the best Jiffy Lubes I’ve ever been to!!! On Thursday, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was greeted by one of the technicians, Gerardo. He stayed with me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He was extremely friendly, professional, and reassuring when it came to taking care of my vehicle. His team did an amazing job and got me in and out quickly. Thank you so much to Gerardo and the entire team for the excellent service! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!!! 😁

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a while now, and I always have an amazing experience. I bring both my car and my mom’s car here because I know we’ll be taken care of. The team is always friendly, honest, and helpful with their recommendations, and I never feel pressured into unnecessary services. A special shoutout to Caesar; he is genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful employees I’ve worked with. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed, and makes sure I understand exactly what my car needs. His customer service is exceptional, and it’s a big reason why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We recently had our work vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location and had an unacceptable experience. We came in this week for a routine oil change. Immediately, we were pushed toward an oil pan replacement, which we declined. After completing only the oil change, we left. The next day, we discovered two large oil puddles under the truck. We had no leaks prior to this service. We returned to the location and spoke with Cesar, who responded with a dismissive and argumentative attitude. He denied any responsibility for the leak or wrongdoing by staff. For context: We previously used the Jiffy Lube in San Dimas, where they stripped our oil pan. Our local mechanic corrected it with an oversized drain plug, and we’ve had zero leaks since — until this visit. Now, after service at this location, we have a significant leak. A technician with “20 years of experience” should document pre-existing conditions and provide clear, respectful communication. If locations share a database, this history should have been noted. Instead, we were met with denial and a poor attitude. I cannot recommend this location. The sales tactics, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct show this

Before I went to Jiffy Lube today, I stopped by Honda. Since I didn’t have an appointment, they told me I would have to leave my car and come back at 4:45 p.m. I decided to head over to Jiffy Lube instead. I always go to the Jiffy Lube on University Parkway, and I have never had any problems. Cesar helped me out today, and I am so grateful for his excellent customer service. Thank you, Cesar, for making the experience quick and easy. I truly appreciate your help!

To the owner and management of Jiffy Lube – University Parkway: How dare you operate a business with this level of negligence, disrespect, and outright incompetence. I visited this location while traveling during a long sabbatical. I drive a BMW M235i, heavily modified and engineered, assembled, and tuned by myself. I am an engineer with professional BMW experience, and this vehicle is part of an ongoing engine test program. This was clearly communicated. The problems began immediately. ⸻ 1. Arguing With the Customer About Oil Specifications Your employee Jose aggressively argued with me about the oil I supplied—Mobil 1 European Formula 0W-40 LL-01, which is BMW-approved and clearly labeled on the bottle. I had to politely correct him by physically showing the LL-01 certification. No customer should have to educate your staff on the most basic requirements of a BMW engine. ⸻ 2. Refusal to Respect Property & Security Jose insisted on driving my car into the bay without surrendering the key fob. That fob controls access to my glove box, which contains wallets, credit cards, cash, receipts, and personal documents. There was no legitimate reason for this insistence. ⸻ 3. R
