Just had my 2016 Mazda 6 serviced by ACA Automotive. I’ve been coming to this business for years. The quality of service and their team members earn loyalty. Very fair on the pricing of their services as well. They will take care of you rather than take advantage of you. You can have peace of mind when working with ACA Automotive. Jeff at ACA Automotive delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. His communication was prompt, professional, and transparent from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was his honesty and knowledge. He was well-versed in my warranty coverage and, instead of guessing when a question was specific to my warranty provider, he told me exactly who could give the definitive answer. ACA has a warm friendly atmosphere. Everyone there acknowledges you, is polite and courteous and makes you feel glad that you brought your vehicle there for whatever service you need. I left there feeling confident and satisfied with the services that were rendered to me. I came there because I needed a Star Smog station for a smog test. They did what I requested in a timely manner and I even had a coupon that they honored. It doesn't get any better than that. Should I need any other service I would gladly take my vehicle there.

The service at ACA was exceptional. Gil at the front desk was nice and answered all my questions. I came in with a list of the repairs I needed for my Mazda CX5, mainly lower control arm, brake pads and shocks, and they quoted me a very competitive price. I was able to let them know which parts I wanted a different brand (KYB, Moog, etc) they did the repairs accordingly and the work was done in a day. Now the car drives smoothly and no more clunking and vibrating sounds lol. This was my first time at this repair shop and I can confidently say I will continue to come here in the future.

Great experience!!! Took my car in for what I thought was a minor issue. Heard a clacking noise coming from the engine and brakes were grinding. Brakes were a simple fix, pebble stuck in the calipers. The clacking noise, turns out I needed a new motor 🫠. There were metal shavings in the oil filter. Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought my car. Long story short, Sal (service advisor) dealt with the insurance company and was able to get me a replacement motor that came directly from Ford and not the third party company the insurance company uses. The best part is that the bill cane out to under $17,000 & I only paid $447...The car is running great. Thanks guys.
