If I could give them zero stars I would. I dropped off my car to look at a rear door that wasn't locking all the way and while I was there have them replace the passenger side door handle that had snapped loose. My car is all silver. When I went to pick up my car they put a black handle on the door. The girl at the front desk said she didn't know the part she ordered was black. Fine. But then Carlos who I talked to said the person installing it didn't know the handle was black either. Exscue me? The mechanic installing the car could not tell the difference between the black handle and the all silver car? Not once did I receive a call asking if installing the black handle was okay. And Carlos' excuse for which ever mechanic was installing the door handle was ridiculous. Obviously the handle is black my car is all silver. Did the mechanic not stop to think what the owner of the car wanted first? No they didn't. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have done the same thing to the BMW sitting in their shop. The worst part is that they offered to paint the door handle. But I would have to pay an additional $50 bucks for the paint job. So that means paying for a part that I do not want and a pa

I would avoid these guys like the plague. Came for repairs twice and left with new issues both times. The second time, they would not even look at my car unless I agreed to pay them $150 diagnostic fee just to look at the new issues. While I’m arguing with them about their refusal to stand behind their work, another guy brings in his car with 3 new issues he had immediately after his service with them. I just want a mechanic that fixes what I ask them to fix without creating new problems. First time, came for AC repair, oil change, and to fix the rear brake lights. After paying $1,200, I pick up the car and the AC still doesn’t work and I’ve got scratches on the trunk lid, probably from the car wash they took it to. The woman that runs the office insisted that I never asked them to fix the AC instead of realizing that the owner forgot to write down that I wanted the AC fixed. I still have no idea what they fixed for $1,200. I brought it back for the AC work and they buffed out the scratches. Good. But after I picked it up, I started hearing rattling when I accelerated. And later, I realized that the passenger door would only work manually. So, I brought it back to them

I had a really good experience at Elite Auto Repair with Carlos and his team. I went in for a routine oil change and the whole process was quick and straightforward. They got my car in right away and had it done faster than I expected. What I liked most was how transparent they were. They explained what they were doing and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Everything felt honest and professional, and the price was exactly what they said it would be. Overall, the service was efficient, clear, and hassle-free. Wow! I was amazed Carlos and Gustavo fixed my car, I really didn't think it was possible because I had already taken it to two other mechanics. They are so kind and professional I won't be taking my car anywhere else! They took the time to explain and show me exactly what was going on even filming a video to explain the parts they were fixing. My car is a 2011 Nissan Sentra with over 130k miles on it that has been having the check engine light come off and on for a year. Gustavo explained to me that the injectors were clogged and they cleaned them and now my car is running amazingly. They also told me exactly what I should consider taking care of in the future with a full diagnostic. You can be assured they are very trustworthy and experienced mechanics who offer great prices!

What impressed me was that they immediately owned up to it, were upfro
