I brought my Ford Focus in after I was referred by Foster’s down the road. I initially spoke with Alex who was a total sweetheart and made me instantly feel less stressed about a stressful situation. Thereafter I primarily worked with Chris who was very communicable, and fast. They walked me through each step and price and sent me an online approval portal to approve and pay for the necessary steps which I’ve never seen with a car shop but absolutely love. Got the car back this morning and feeling very grateful for both Alex and Chris who were personable, respectful, communicative, and funny!! Glad to have someone reliable in our neighborhood we can take the next car to (but hopefully won’t need to). Thanks guys!!

Yes, I read the bad reviews. I also saw Alex respond to each and that’s what aligns with my experience with him. He communicates everything clearly in advance, fixes what he says he will without adding extra stuff to build the bill. Work is done quickly, thoroughly, and warrantied. Very happy to have been referred here. Reviews would be much better if people didn’t act entitled or held accountability for their actions. This is a great business with excellent employees who go the extra mile.

As someone who knows nothing about cars, choosing an auto shop can be super intimidating. Alex made the entire experience so much easier. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I truly felt like he had my back from the very beginning, and I could trust him and the entire team. His communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure I always knew what was going on. More than anything, I could tell he genuinely cared about my safety and getting me back on the road with a job done right. It's rare to find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, and I'm so grateful for the way I was treated. So I have read the reviews and had service. Yes at first there was a miss understanding also with a transmission service. I was quoted one price then it changed, but I didn't my home work. The only thing is I wished I had done was ask for my old transmission back. But its been about 30 days and no problem with my car. No check engine light on. Wasn't gonna write an review till much later cause wanted to make sure that I was happy. He helped me out by towing my son car the other day. So I hope all will continue to be peaceful and fare with Mr. Alex.

On Saturday, my girlfriend and I hit a pothole in my Honda Civic and something underneath the car started scraping and dragging on the ground. We brought it to Affordable Transmission & Auto Repair, and Alex and his team were able to get us taken care of the same day. They were professional, helpful, and got us safely back on the road quickly. Really appreciate the help and great customer service.
