Came in on a whim and had a great experience. Alex Jr. and his staff were helpful and straight to the point. They didn’t have the specific oil I was looking for but they helped me find something comparable and did so quickly and were honest about the outcomes. Will definitely be coming back.

This mechanic shop was honest and worked to really educate me and help me sort out my options and make a decision. These mechanics are real relatable people. Thank you for being a trustworthy mechanic shop. I really appreciate you. It was only 150.00 for them to do a thorough inspection and the Mitsubishi dealership was charging 250.00 for the same thing. If you get the repairs done then they apply that to the repair.

I had an amazing experience with Alex Jr. Auto Repair and Electric. My Jeep was stuck in limp mode due to transmission/gearbox issues, and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and professionally. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, they were honest, transparent, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept me updated throughout the process and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The quality of work is top-notch—my Jeep is now running smoothly like it should, with no issues at all. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop that actually gets the job done right, I highly recommend them. Great service, fair pricing, and solid results. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Alex Jr. Auto Repair — Honest, Skilled, and Looking Out for Their Customers. I drive a 2005 Honda Element, and after I hit something underneath the car it started driving funny. Another shop told me I needed a new engine (cue internal panic), but they were pretty dismissive and didn’t explain much, which made me uncomfortable about such a huge repair. So I decided to get a second opinion at Alex Jr. Auto Repair, and I’m so glad I did. The first thing I noticed were the classic cars they were working on. My gramps was a big car guy and one thing I know is people with classic cars don’t let just anyone work on their babies. That immediately made me feel like they knew what they were doing and I was in the right place. The team at Alex Jr. Auto Repair told me something shocking: I shouldn’t have even been driving the car because it had a huge leak, no oil and could have caused a fire. I had no idea the previous shop had let me leave like that. Talking with them felt like talking to family. I had my car repaired in this shop after rear ending incident. I want to share couple positive observations: Everything is done at perfect schedule and high quality. Flexible on payment options. Provided updates via phone, texts with photos. Instant updates on available parts and progress. Result: car was repaired ahead of preliminary schedule and with very good price Family owned and operated.
