Weekend plans almost ruined because of this nail. America’s tire got me in and out as a walk-in in less than two hours on a Saturday morning for a free tire repair! really happy I previously bought my tires from these guys. Shout out to Jonathan who made a what should have been a stressful experience, so easy.

Ive been coming to Americas tires for over 15 years. And I have been to alot of them throughout the bay area. By far the best one is this one in Redwood city. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. Juan (store manager) has assembled the perfect. On my last visit there I was the privileged to work with Jonathan. He did everything right. Answer all my questions in full details, took the time to make sure that I had the right tires for my car and my GF car. He is patient and very knowledgeable. He did not pressure you in buying anything. The consolation didn’t feel rushed. If you planned on going to get new tires go to America’s tires in Redwood city, stay away from the Fremont store. The manger Mac is horrible at customer service. He just stand in front of the computer, while the line start getting longer.

Great customer service! The staff are so friendly and so resourceful! They are very professional in their work ethics and well structured. One of staff members made a big deal about me being his first customer he ever served which was quite thoughtful. I highly recommend this place!

If I could give America’s Tire a negative review, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, especially after spending a lot of money there. I went to the store this Monday for a routine tire rotation. The technician told me that two of the tires on my Tesla Model 3 Performance had bulges and needed to be replaced immediately. Luckily, I had America’s Tire certificates, so I decided to replace all four tires. I asked if I could switch from my current Pirelli P Zeros to Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. They said yes, but told me I would need to pay the price difference because the Michelins were supposedly about $50 more per tire, which would add up to around $200. I paid the invoice, but later checked their website and saw that the Michelins were only about $2 more per tire than the Pirellis. In other words, I should not have been charged that $200 difference. I brought this up to the associate, but he dismissed it and said I must have been looking at the wrong tire. I double-checked the Pirelli tire number, and it matched my current tires exactly. I had a nail in my tire and, given prior experiences with flats, I chose to address the issue immediately to ensure safe driving. The tire was less than a year old. As I work at a dealership and we do not perform tire patches in-house, we frequently recommend America’s Tire to our customers. Based on that professional trust, I decided to visit your location. I was informed that the tire patch would be complimentary, which I appreciated at the time. On the invoice from America’s Tire, the condition of the lugs was noted as “good.” Unfortunately, what began as a simple repair resulted in significantly more damage. Approximately one to two weeks after the service, I noticed the tire’s PSI steadily dropping. While I understand that patches are not always permanent, the issue warranted further inspection. I contacted my technician to order a replacement tire and brought the vehicle to his shop. During the wheel removal process, one lug nut immediately pushed inward slightly and began moving loosely as soon as the drill made contact. The lug nut was completely stripped and was able to move in and out, indicating improper torque or installation. I was advised that the wheel hub may now be
