My dad had his car repaired here on July 13, 2026, and we had a great experience. Marian was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. A special thanks to Thomas, the technician, for doing an excellent job fixing our car. He was knowledgeable, honest, and paid attention to the details. The pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to sell us unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism The whole team provided excellent customer service. I found myself in an emergency. I developed a large bubble on the sidewall of one of my tires. I originally stopped by a mechanic to do a patch work, but when they told me “it’s dangerous to work on this tire, you need to not drive this vehicle and replace it immediately” I was in a bind. I was scared and never experienced this before. Very very unsettling, and I immediately started calling around for help. After contacting several places, including visiting Costco in foster city with no avail, I was told that many locations didn’t have the tire size I needed. My vehicle has 18-inch rims…not common to carry. Finding a replacement wasn’t as easy as I expected. Thankfully, this shop was extremely helpful. Not only did they have used tire I needed in stock, but they also took the time to walk me through my options and provide recommendations for future tire replacements. The front desk lady was super kind and friendly, very helpful and I appreciated her support. Very refreshing to have a memorable kind interaction. I appreciated her very much during this scary moment. What stood out most was how supportive and helpful everyone was throughout the process. They answered my question

Top notch service! I would recommend these guys to anybody. They were open late and had the tire I needed in stock. Saved my weekend I cannot deny that! Check em out if you’re in the area.

Super friendly service and reasonable prices. To the person below talking about a $10 plug... This is California 😂 if you can find a discount tire sure .. but this is a local small business and if you don't want to support them... Go where stuff is cheaper or ask about pricing BEFORE they work on your car.. come on now. This place saved me $40 on an alignment compared to other local shops. The owner greeted me with a smile and explanation of how things would go. They did open a little late but I came on a Saturday and I know when going to car or tire shops to expect a little wait. It only took about an hour once they started work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend. They have a little waiting area that's very cozy and open to the outside so you get a nice breeze and blue sky. There is a fee if you pay with credit card .. plainly stated on their counter. Pay with a debit card or cash to avoid this. Not that hard to do, part of paying for stuff with credit is paying more.. this is not the only business that does this. It's very common as an ACH costs a business money on their end. Please use common sense other reviewers! Would come back to get my new tires but I live in TN and KY

“FAST TRACK” Service ! I ordered tires online and was looking for tire shop to mount them. I call many places like Wheel Works, Big O Tires but, they didn’t responded me. I went to Fast Track Tire Service without appointment and they took care of it within 30 minutes. I was very happy with the service and price. Would recommend to everyone !
