I had a great experience with this body shop. The team was professional, honest, and very attentive to detail. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress-free. My car looked absolutely perfect when I got it back — you would never know there had been any damage. I really appreciate the quality of their work and their excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Pros: paint job for the hood looks nice, it appears it was sanded well and prep looks good. Cons: what was supposed to take about 5-7 days stretched almost double that. While annoying that is not the reason for this review. When speaking to Nick several times, we agreed to a specific dollar amount for the work while he stated he would get me a quote for additional damages that were found. He never got me the quote. Once it came time to pick up the car, nick made it sound like it was a big deal or difficult to have the shop open during their posted hours. Granted I wanted to come before 10am due to my work. I arrived at 10:15 to find the amount we had agreed to had been increased without any prior agreement. In my line of work, if the price is changed without prior agreement, I can be reported to the state. I guess that's not the same for automotive shops. I spoke with Nick several times through text and he never mentioned any additional charges. The overspray on the back bumper is a nice touch, I had just gotten the bumper replaced at Audi. Not to mention the pop out from the bumper they broke the tabs off. Why I'm not sure.

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this car shop. After my accident, I was stressed and worried my car would never be the same again but they completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment I brought my car in, the staff was professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process, explained everything clearly, and handled the repairs with incredible attention to detail. When I got my car back, it looked better than it did before the accident. You would never know it had been damaged the work was flawless. On top of the outstanding craftsmanship, the turnaround time was impressive and the customer service was truly top notch. They genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work, and it shows. If you’re ever in an accident or need repairs done right the first time, this is the place to go. I’m beyond grateful and wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else! 🚗✨
