Had a electrical issue on my 17 gmc infotainment system and Art got me in ASAP and fixed the issue same day and saved me from having to go to the dealership. Art is super busy but extremely professional and knowledgeable. Before trying anyone else is San Antonio I recommend giving Art a call. He's the best. Thank you so much Art

If I’m being honest I have very rarely took the time to leave a review after a service. I could not let the phenomenal work done by Art go unrecognized. Have dabbled in car audio most of my life, I know just enough to get myself in trouble. When I bought my brand new Ford F-450 King Ranch I knew I wanted to go all out and that I needed a professional. I am so grateful that I found Mr. Art. I scheduled a consultation and after a little discussion he had a good idea of what I was looking for. He came up with a plan, and to say he executed it to the highest level would be an understatement. I could not be happier with my new setup. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality audio upgrade with unmatched instillation to go see Mr Art at Audio by Art.

Took my Mercedes-Benz to Audio by Art after running into electrical issues with my head unit, and also wanted an aftermarket infotainment system installed. Couldn't be happier with the experience! He diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem, then installed the new infotainment system perfectly. Compared to what the dealership would have charged, he saved me a ton of money. He was upfront and clear about what needed to be done and set realistic expectations throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. It's clear he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. Highly recommend Audio by Art!

When trusting your vehicle and sound system, electronics, etc. to an audio shop, you need to feel confident in the person and team you’re working with. Audio by Art did just that. Art worked closely with me, explaining the details of my order and walking me through a product swap due to shipping complications of the original product we were looking to install. Additionally, because I was time constrained, Art went above and beyond to finish my project, staying late and opening early to complete the job. He detailed each step of the process and explained thoroughly any potential roadblocks. Art was transparent and thorough. My project was not a major one, but he made me feel like it was just as important as the larger projects he works. And the quality of work was outstanding. I am loving my new system. I could not recommend Audio by Art more highly. Just know he is in demand, so if you’re thinking about working with him, pull the trigger now!

I highly recommend Art and his work. Crutchfield could not fix their own work and Art found the issue. Crutchfield instructions were not correct or complete. Two months and numerous module changes and programming and in the end, Crutchfield told me my head unit must be faulty. Nothing wrong with the unit or the modules. 2008 BMW with fiber communication needed to be set up in the cars firmware. He fixed all of the comm issues and the system works great. You won't be disappointed.
