I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my vehicle in for a window tint installation, and within a day I noticed multiple issues. Several areas of the tint were already peeling, there were bubbles throughout the film, and there was hair and other debris trapped underneath the tint. This was not the quality of work I expected from a professional installer. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that the rear hatch handle was brittle and demonstrated how to open it properly. When I picked up my vehicle, the handle had been broken. When I returned to discuss the damage and the failing tint, the owner refused to acknowledge either issue. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship or taking responsibility for the damaged handle, he offered only a refund if the tint was removed. After discussing it further, I was able to receive a refund while keeping the tint in place, but there was still no acknowledgment of the damage to my vehicle or the quality of the installation. I appreciate receiving my money back, but I would have preferred a professionally installed product and accountability for the damage done to my car. Based on my experience, I would not

I can't thank Mr. Mohammed and his team enough for all the out standing work they did on my 2012 Chevy Colorado. Here are some before and after pics after the 2.5 inch lift, new tires and rims and tinted windows. Also a new kenwood radio with awesome speakers for a great price. The lift and sound felt amazing. If your a Veteran looking for some boom in your vehicles , Sound Masters is the place you need to try out. Also, they have a good military discount! Thank you again, Mr Mohammed and Crew!!

I spent about $2,000 at this shop to have several things installed in my car, including an Apple CarPlay radio with GPS, parking sensors, a dash cam, and a security lock system. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and required multiple return visits. After the initial installation, both the CarPlay GPS and the sensors were malfunctioning. The GPS would constantly lose my location and repeatedly recalibrate while I was driving. This made it extremely difficult and honestly unsafe to drive on highways or to places I wasn’t familiar with because the directions would keep changing and I couldn’t clearly see where I was supposed to go. I knew it wasn’t my phone causing the issue because when I connected my phone to a different car, the GPS worked perfectly. The problem was clearly with the installed CarPlay system. The sensors were also malfunctioning and beeping even when there was nothing around my car. This was very distracting while driving and created additional safety concerns. Because of these issues, I had to take time out of my schedule and drop my car off again for them to fix both problems. While they did eventually correct the GPS and sensor malfunction, it was ve

Mohammad and his team did a phenomenal job on my 2025 F150, their job was so clean, and went above and beyond with their customer services, design and support. Full sound equipment, titi panel for (2) 8” speakers, full custom (4) 8” subwoofer box, the truck sounds phenomenal.

I took my new truck in for tint and Mohammed, Sam, and the entire staff provided great service throughout the whole process. When I left the truck they said "Don't worry, we'll take care of you" and could tell they sincerely meant it. When I needed an adjustment, they handled it with ease & efficiency to ensure I was very satisfied with the end result. Their commitment to quality service, connection and customer satisfaction was evident. I left feeling extremely content with the result. I will for sure be back for any future tint, alarm, or sound needs and would recommend the same to anyone who asks.
