As someone who has owned BMWs and Mercedes for over 20 years, I’ve learned that not every mechanic is qualified to work on German vehicles. These cars require specialized knowledge, proper training, and real experience. Over the years, I’ve taken my vehicles to dealerships and many independent repair shops, so I have a pretty good understanding of what separates an average shop from a great one. I can honestly say these guys know what they’re doing. They have the expertise to properly diagnose and repair German cars without the guesswork I’ve experienced elsewhere. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They were upfront about the work that needed to be done, took the time to explain everything, and never tried to sell me services I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find good people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Their pricing is fair, especially considering the quality of service and expertise they provide. If you own a BMW, Mercedes, or other German vehicle and are looking for a trustworthy shop, I highly recommend giving them a chance. If you are looking for a honest place to take your BMW, look no further. I brought in my car with a coolant leak and Simon was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a day. They were very professional and they showed genuine willingness to help. Highly recommend

Curbed my e30 thurs afternoon, gave the shop owner a heads up & towed it to this shop at night when they were closed. Made a visit the following morning, and both the shop owner/tech was personable, friendly, informative (qualities most shops nowadays don't have.) They lifted the car, I co-witnessed the damage. Gave me a phone call monday morning with a quote for parts/labor. I opted to get it towed back to my place to diy. The shop owner was not disgruntled nor was he hostile with my decision, in fact he agreed it wasn't a bad idea. All in all a very professionally ran shop. Owner is definitely one of the nicest shop owners I've encountered. Higly recommend.
