I walked into this shop without an appointment because my rearview mirror had detached from the inside of the windshield. After waiting for a bit, a woman told me a mechanic would help me. However, when he approached, she practically yelled at him right in front of me, telling him he shouldn't be working on my car and to go do another one. It was extremely unprofessional. Then, she looked at my car and told me it couldn't be fixed. She claimed I needed to buy a completely new windshield and mirror because of the sensors that would need recalibration. She didn't even realize it's a 2018 Audi and doesn't require all that complex recalibration for a simple detached mirror. She just bluntly said she couldn't help me at all. Fortunately, a mechanic who was leaving the shop kindly helped me simply disconnect the dangling mirror. I then drove to a different auto shop, where they glued it back perfectly for just $25. I would have given it one star if not for the friendly mechanic.

Joel did a great job installing my left-front window regulator, as it was almost exactly one year ago that he installed my right-front regulator. I specifically requested Joel because my car is 22 years old & Joel's 30+ years of experience with All Star Glass means that he has amassed decades worth of knowledge that makes him, in my opinion, a Master of all Glass Technician! Laura, who originally began the order, was extremely helpful as well in regards to scheduling & follow-up communications. She made sure that I was aware of all the particulars that satisfied any & all questions or concerns I might have had. Her customer service skills are top-notch! An overall success from start to finish! I would recommend All Star Glass to anyone who requires their excellent services.🙂 Sincerely....Paul

This place is excellent. I had the windshield on my Audi replaced; the staff were patient, and—most importantly—their pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for your help.

I was already upset to have to deal with a crack in my windshield, but Auto Glass made it easy. In a world where it seems that customer service has tanked, I was so pleased with the service I received. The manager Neyra goes above and beyond, I literally cried tears of joy for the service I received. I spoke with Laura on the phone who was compassionate and knowledgable and I had Joel and Jose for my windshield. It's my second time using them and I highly recommend!

All Star is who you should have fix your cars glass. Joel had the busted window replaced perfectly and I was in and out in under an hour. Very friendly, professional and almost $100 less expensive than Safelite. The front office staff were super kind with helping me book the appointment and save money as well. Customer for life, highly recommended!
