Very disappointing experience. Customer service was dismissive, entitled, and inconsiderate, with little attention to detail or passion for excellence. The car had just been professionally detailed. After the service, the inside door mats and door handles were dirty, and glue/installation-paste residue was left around the window. The window itself looks good, but we were told only AFTER installation that some clips were missing. We should have been given the option to get the correct clips and have the job done properly instead of installing it first and then telling us parts were missing. Also concerning: we drove the car there directly after a fresh, perfect wheel alignment. When we picked it up, it pulled noticeably to the left. We cannot say what caused it, but it absolutely did not pull left when we dropped it off. The actual window looks good, but the overall experience lacked cleanliness, communication, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right.

We were driving on the freeway down to Southern California to see our son. A large piece of debris flew across and damaged our windshield beyond repair. We knew we would not have been able to drive it back home, and we only had a weekend with our son. I got online and found the local Safelite. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The gentleman came out on a Saturday and on time. He was very professional and courteous. He had the exact windshield. It made a bad and anxious situation less painful.

Let me start with the bad, just in case you don't read very far, lol. They scratched up the interior window post, called the A pillar, pretty badly, in 2 different sections of the pillar, on the driver's side. That is where the tiny chip occurred, on the bottom most part of the windshield on the driver side. It's weird I don't know what they could have possibly put inside the car that would have scratched up this part so badly. Almost like somebody ran a screwdriver across it gouging multiple lines and oval shaped circles. I presume they put something inside the windshield, to heat, or hold the materials, that they inject in the window...?? Because they shouldn't have needed to take out the window to fix a rock chip smaller than a dime. I noticed it as soon as I get in my car, but wasn't worth mentioning to them, nothing they could do about it, but since the car is literally 6 months old it's kind of a bummer. Well for the good, appointment was easy, they are very very friendly and nice and accommodating. They said 45 minutes, it was an hour, so not bad. I think the main reason I didn't say anything, about the damage, is because they were so nice. Anyway, definitely check the inter

Safelite was amazing at helping me get new windshield. Their tech Brian was super nice and explained everything that would be done. They were on time with appointment and came to my work to change out the windshield. So I didn’t have to miss any work. Overall great experience

Excellent customer service from the time i've called. Easy to make an appointment..very accommodating. Technician was very professional and the patient as I had to move the location at the last minute for the windshield install. I asked him for a time.I've when he thought the jaw would be completed and he was right on the money. Windshield looks amazing and I am very very happy with the great customer service and the product I received.
