⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Transformation! I honestly thought my car’s interior was past the point of saving. Years of hauling my dogs around had embedded pet hair deep into every single carpet fiber. Chris and the team at Auto Retreat did what I thought was impossible. They completely stripped out the mess, removed the stubborn hair, and brought back that genuine ‘Day 1’ look and feel. I don’t write many reviews, but Chris and the team at Auto Retreat absolutely earned this one. I took my 2014 Honda Accord to them because I was considering trading it in or selling it, and I wanted to see how much improvement was realistically possible. Auto Retreat came highly recommended to me, so my expectations were already high. Somehow, they still exceeded them. The interior had multiple issues, including torn seat seams, years of German Shepherd hair, and the typical wear and tear that comes with owning a vehicle for more than a decade. When I picked the car up, the transformation was incredible. The seat repairs looked fantastic, the dog hair was completely gone, and there was no lingering pet odor whatsoever. The interior honestly looked and smelled almost new. They also restored the headlights, which now look brand new, and performed a clay bar treatment and exterior detailing that brought the paint back to life. Even dents and imperfections that couldn’t be completely removed were far less noticeable because of the overall quality of the work. What impressed me most was Chris’s honesty and professionalism. I had an awesome experience with Auto Retreat! The staff was friendly, honest, and really took the time to help me find the right car without any pressure. The whole process was smooth and easy, and they explained everything clearly. They cleaned my car very well, upgraded it to make it look brand new, and the experience was exactly as described.
