Service was prompt and excellent. My technician was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he did. He let me know the best next steps. He was very in touch with my concerns and asked good questions about my car. It would be great to work with him again.

Austin did synthetic oil change for my Mercedes ML350 on my driving way of my house. It is very convenient to schedule (One day before) with this pandemic period. The service van made by Mercedes which has everything he needs to perform the task. Excellent job with a good price and save time and gas mileages to repair shops.

I needed a pre-purchase inspection. I found Repair Smith through a Google search. Booking the appointment was easy and a price was quoted instantly!! I researched how much this service usually costs and they came in just below everyone else!!! They even came out on Memorial Day!! The technician Austin was amazing. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He really took the time to explain the issues to me so that's I could be an informed buyer/consumer. After the inspection I received a detailed inspection report complete with a very fair repair quote through the online portal. I was able to download the report along with the pictures of key issues. Now I can present it to the seller and hopefully renegotiated the terms of the sale or cancel it all together! Either way I won't be stuck with any surprises that leave me broke and/or broke down. I WILL use again and recommend them to everyone every chance I get!!
