my car died on the 99 freeway( from out of town), called them and explained what happened and they helped me out , even worked threw lunch . Joe is great and the technicians are very good old school shop , wish they were in my town.

I can't say enough good about Joe & his staff. People are literally waiting in line to get their autos in. When this is the case you will NOT be subjected to unnecessary repairs. He fixes what in absolutely necessary no more no less. I can write pages on the awestruck visits I have had to Chuck's. I will share one of my early visits a couple years back when I first found my way to their shop. I told him I wanted to have all my sparkplugs changed. He ask me when that was last done. I told him I knew not when as I purchased truck used in 2019. Being female I am a bit repaired challenged. So I was surprised to learn there was a way to tell if a sparkplug was bad. He could of changed them all and who knows if I ever would have found out otherwise. When I returned he had changed just one that was bad. I was so tickled as I think Joe and crew are some of the last great mechanics. He will get you in ASAP which might be a couple of days, however he will not have your vehicle any longer than necessary. So glad I found them!

10 stars all the way. Bottom of my car has been leaking. Went initially to an automotive shop in white lane which did a lousy job. Went back & forth to said shop with same problem; so we decided to try Chuck's automotive shop. A+++ for customer service. Very polite and customer oriented shop. Diagnosed the main problem outright which was the waterpump where the previous automotive shop failed to diagnose & repair. Service fee was reasonable as well. Just a happy experience with this shop. Not going anywhere but sticking to this shop for good. Thank you sooo much for the awesome service.

I don’t write reviews often but needed to note my highest recommendation for Joe and his crew. Fair, honest, and of high integrity. We were stuck with a flashing engine light on our way home to Souther CA from Yosemite and were lucky to get stuck near his shop. He was honest and provided a simple solution for which I think other shops may have easily taken advantage of us in our situation.

My mother and I have been taking our vehicles to Chuck's for over 20 years now and highly recommend them for their skilled mechanics and integrity. There have even been several times we took a car or truck to them and they ended up making some minor corrections and did not even charge us. We would not even consider taking our autos to any other auto repair shop.
