I’ve been coming to these guys for about 2 years for oil service. They are awesome and quick with service and offer great prices. I’ve recently went back for an oil change but also brought up an old quote to fix and issue and they honored the rate that the previous person had offered me. Overall I’m satisfied with their service and will return to get another service item done. Thanks Anthony and Charlie

First I want to say THANK YOU ANTHONY! I got a quote from VW Garden Grove to replace a head gasket for $3200 on a 2022 VW Taos. He checked it, saw no evidence of a leak, said to keep an eye on the thermostat. VW rep also said to replace the rear pads and rotors $931.00. He checked that as well and said pads have plenty of life. Total savings of $4100. Thank you again and I found my new mechanic going forward! Best regards, Monica

I bring all 11 of my vehicles here. The service is very fast, often same day. The work is quality, and the pricing is competitive. And they have a waiting room and restroom. When you come, ask for Charlie. He is professional, honest, and genuinely warm and friendly.

My sister usually comes here to get her car serviced. I came with her once Jan 2024 so we could both get our SMOG checks done for our cars before car renewal registration. Service and communication was great! They let us know when they were done and ready. Mine went smooth. My sister had a car issue and they took time to explain in to her and work it out. She was able to go back again and fix things so her car finally passed the SMOG check the next time. They're very helpful and the price is affordable.

I will never stop talking about this auto repair shop. They are a true gem and I have a million great things to say about them. My car broke on a beautiful Saturday morning and I was in full panic mode when I called a couple shops and finally got BC auto repair. Alek was the one who picked up the phone. He was super empathic , patient and understanding while I was frantic on the phone. They had a short day but still agreed to take my car in and look at it. Unfortunately, my engine was toast but they were incredibly honest even though they could’ve milked the money and charged me to fix something they knew wouldn’t work. They were also incredibly honest and called me about my Chanel sunnies that I had left in the car when they could have pretended the glasses were never there to begin with. Amazing , honest and hard working specialists. I would recommend them a thousand times over. Thank you BC Advance Auto Repair! You guys a wonderful. I hope your business continues to flourish. 🩷
