Came in to Big Brand Tire & Service to get wheel locks installed on my wheels and had a great experience. Erick, the store manager, helped me out and was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and providing good service. I really appreciate how helpful and easy he made the whole process. Definitely recommend this location, and a big thank you to Erick for the exceptional customer service!

I've visited Big Brand two times at this location on 21st St. within the last month for oil change and battery. Eric did a great job helping me and answering all my questions. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It's clear he is on top of his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. The work to my vehicle was excellent as well. Great experience both times. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer for years here trusting them with multiple vehicles. The prices are always fair and the customer service is phenomenal - they are always very professional and communicative and don’t try and upsell you things that aren’t necessary. They have a top notch tire warranty that has come in handy multiple times for flat repair or tire replacement for free. A++!
