I have taken many cars of different makes some European some domestic and they have all sorts of oil grades to suit as they evacuate through the dipstick mostly there is no chance of stripping your oil pan bolts a common complaint with quick lube places. They also. A flush your radiator if needed. Fast service and everyone is really pleasant. Daniel the manager is really knowledgeable about cars and maintenance so ask him about any queries you might have. They are very thorough. Recommended.

Always fast and efficient, even when they get busy. They care for your car like it is their own. Never a bunch of upselling for other services they offer - they just ask and confirm what you need and get to it, though they are ready to answer service questions, particularly manufacturer-recommended services that do appear on the screen for your specific make and model. I take both our cars there, usually first thing in the morning when they first open, and appreciate the work they do to get me in and out quickly. Highly recommend the Ashe Road/White Lane shop.

I have no complaints about the service quality work of each worker in this location. They get done what i ask, and explain well the issues, when I have questions. I usually do my own work on my vehicles with my brother but he's out of town, so I found them reliable and trustworthy when needed. Danny was 10/10 managing his team and Dil & Stephen got me right. Dil was locked in precise with it and super effficient, Stephen was pleasant and super friendly with explaining services and replacing my filters, very knowledgeable. Didn’t feel like they recommended anything I didn’t need or were pushy. Got me right in under 15 minutes and made me feel super comfortable. Coming back forsure!!

I’ve been coming to the Valvoline location on White Lane and Ash for over 10 years, and they are truly my favorite! My whole family brings their cars here because they are so reliable and consistent. Raymon, Jaime, and Lorenzo are always professional, super friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every visit, they do a full routine check, not just the oil change. They check headlights, turn signals, brakes, wipers, top off the washer fluid, check tire pressure, battery life and alert me to any needed mechanical updates like tier rotation, transmission or radiator work based on my mileage. They help me stay on top of all maintenance so my car is always in top shape. They open early 6:30 AM, and I’m in and out in less than 20 minutes. The customer service is top-notch polite, clear, and even kind, they gave my dog a biscuit! They also give you a sticker reminder of your next oil change, which is such a helpful touch. And they charge a reasonable price you really get your money’s worth for the quality of work. Plus, they offer a military discount. If you want fast, dependable, and caring service, this is the place!
