Big Brand tires is great! They offer lots of free service like tire rotation tire repair etc., and you can schedule an appointment online fast and easy. The staff is friendly, prices are fair, and they do a great job. They are not pushy and not trying to sell you things or services you don’t need. Highly recommend them.

We Stopped in today because my tire blew out on the freeway and I needed a tire replacement for my spare. Sam was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we were taken care of and on Our way back home safely. I am so appreciative ! He put me at ease and was so kind. THANK YOU!

6/5. Yes, that good! Yellow tire warning on. Great. Flat tire. Put some air into it, and I heard air hissing out of the tire. Not a good thing for a drive back to LA. Thankfully B2T was open this Sunday, so we headed there. Sam is the Store Manager, and he runs a tight ship. He is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. His 26 years in the industry helps. We discussed if the tire could leave with a patch-plug, safe driving speed, and more. His crew was good! Found the culprit - screw. Tire off, patched, back on the rim, and back on the car. The tech was good! Glad to see younger guys putting in hard work. Before we left, Sam explained their company’s affiliations and found a place near my home. New tire ordered, so I can have peace of mind.

I can't say enough good things about Big Brand Tire & Service in Goleta. While visiting the area over the weekend, I was heading back to Bakersfield when my car suddenly started making a strange puttering sound I had never heard before. Since it was a Sunday and I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to help. The team at Big Brand Tire & Service was incredibly accommodating. They took the time to test drive my vehicle and put it up on the rack right away. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue as an exhaust line leak and even showed me exactly where the problem was so I could take it to an exhaust shop for repair. What really stood out was their kindness and customer service. One of the mechanics even offered to hold my dog's leash while another technician showed me the issue underneath the car. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. To top it all off, they didn't charge me anything for their time or diagnosis.
