I was really impressed with the workmanship... they did a great job. The tires look great and the ride is smooth. What really stood out for me. Was the manager Joseph R. Such an awesome person. His focus was customer experience, and what the customers needs are. His well rounded personality and knowledge of the product that he is selling is what made me come back to buy the tires. Give this man a raise...

I stopped by another tire shop today after work due to my tire pressure light turning on. They were able to check the tire pressure and add some air - when they got to the last tire, they found the nail. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to patch it as they were backed up and, to be fair, it was an hour before closing. I went across the street to Big Brand Tire & Service and was greeted by Joe. He was super kind, friendly and helpful! He was honest about the wait, which was only about 45 minutes, but I was just grateful they were able to get me in so close to their closing time. Their customer service alone made me want to leave a positive review and recommend this location. Thank you Joe and team! :)

The manager Joseph aka (Joe) at Big Brand Tire & Service in Santa Ana truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. They took great care of my truck, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find this level of customer service and attention to detail these days. The utmost respect for him and the rest of the employees at this shop. Highly recommending this to my friends, family and foes because of the outstanding leadership and care I first hand experienced. Joe is an Army Veteran and I learned that by simply having genuine conversations and care to really know one another as a client and a worker just treating each other as people and not a business transaction. Never once felt like that on all 3 different services they performed. Enjoy the picture of my truck! I get lots of compliments on the tires and leveling kit.

Great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service. They fixed a nail in my tire for free, and the whole process took about 15 minutes. The team was professional and friendly. Really appreciated the help — thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

How do I put it into words, best tires place in the county, Santa Ana and also thanks Jeremy and his colleagues, they did a super job on my 2 new tires. Also get the job done quickly. He helps everyone get the tires 🛞 done ✅ correctly! I got my new 2 tires🛞 and it was installed so perfectly well! Thanks again for the service!
