I had a really good experience at Midas with Uncle Albert. I came in for an engine oil change the first time and later on to fix a ball bearing issue, and everything was handled smoothly. He was very kind and took the time to carefully explain what was wrong with my car. The pricing was fair and transparent and I never felt overcharged. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but Uncle Albert and his team have definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for future services!

The customer service was honestly amazing—everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was safe on the road. I am beyond grateful for this honest, affordable, and reliable shop. More importantly it makes a huge difference when you can trust the integrity of the owners and mechanics. We have taken our cars to be regularly serviced here for over 10 years. We appreciate the affordability of regular maintenance, and the honesty when we’ve experienced more complex issues on various cars. This is not a shop looking to just charge people for services they don’t need. Any service that a mechanic may see necessary is thoroughly explained and shown to me before asking for approval. Albert and John have always provided exceptional customer service and the mechanics provide dependable service to any vehicle they work on. As a family of 3 very different cars we highly recommend this shop.
