My Jeep Cherokee has been overheating and misfiring, the Jeep dealer quoted me almost $8,000. After a recommendation from a close friend, I towed it to Bob’s for a second opinion. They did a full service on the cylinder heads, resurfaced the heads and replaced the gaskets. All for a fraction of the cost. After 20,000 miles later, vehicle still runs strong and the misfire is no longer here. I appreciate Bob and his team. They made the process quick, easy and affordable.

I called in before I had my car towed to the repair shop for a engine malfunction. They confirmed the car arrived and we went over my Toyota Corolla issues. They ran diagnostics and let me know the items they found. I had known most of them but did not expect it to run in the tens of thousands. We planned on making initial repairs to gift the car to my daughter but we're contemplating if it was worth to do the repairs or just buy a different car. After talking about the cost and what it needed to get done, we decided to go forward with the repairs. They were willing to work with us which I really appreciated. I spoke to the owner, he made me feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done and was confident it was going to run as good as new. There was some time getting the parts in that delayed the completion of the repairs however, we were not in any rush. To get started, we paid half of it upfront and paid the balance upon completion. I must say, my Toyota Corolla works just as I remember when we got it. I highly recommend Bob's Auto For their workmanship and communication.

I brought my Toyota Highlander in due to a squeaking noise, and Bob was able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. After inspecting the braking system, he found that the front brake pads and rotors were completely worn down (metal-to-metal), and the calipers were leaking brake fluid. Bob quickly ordered affordable, quality parts and had everything repaired by the evening, getting me safely back on the road the same day. I also noticed his ASE Certification, which gave me extra confidence in the work being done. Thank you for the fast, honest, and reliable service!

Was having lunch in the area when I notice Bobs, I came in and asked for a price for oil change, my car was in need of one. When he told me the price I was shocked on how much lower it was compared to everyone else. They seemed very busy and they said they can get me in and out right away. This was totally awesome.m, specially I wasn’t expecting to get this done today. They checked my brakes and told me I could use a change on the next service date, he insured me I would be ok. I will most definitely bring my vehicle in for any reason. If your looking for great price, honesty, bobs auto is the place.

My truck broke down on the highway in San Francisco after visiting family. I live in Sacramento, being stranded I have no idea where to tow it to. After asking a family member, they recommended Bobs. This was the best decision I have made. Bob’s was able to fit me in same day, throughly explained what was the cause and correction needed to repair my truck. After his electrical diagnosis, he found that the power train control module was going bad and caused the alternator to overcharge the system. Bob was able to get the powertrain control module ordered and programmed same day and got me back home to Sacramento late evening. Bob only charged me half of the diagnosis!! A honest, reliable and trusted mechanic is hard to find these days, I was not upsold on anything. They did notice some minor oil leaks but I don’t consider that being upselling because the issue was noticeable which they wanted to make me aware. Unfortunately it was the transmission oil pan gasket. There was no pressure on the recommended service either. Due to the timing issue, I did not get it done as I was in a rush needing to go home.
