I am super impressed by the service I recieved. I had all brakes and rotors replaced on my Infiniti sedan, and never left the house! Carson, my tech was on time, and showed up ready to go. His work was meticulous, and you could tell he took alot of pride in his work, which is a rarity these days. Job took roughly an hour from start to finish. To Carson, Thank you! You went above and beyond, and I appreciate you. My brakes will never be done by another company. This is a game changing service!!! Truly superior.

Great work done by Carson. Very efficient and honest. The original bid was to replace the break cylinder too. After replacing the other parts and releasing the air from the system , he suggested to not spend on other parts. Saved about $600/. I highly recommend brakes to go and Carson.

Brakes to Go are an excellent brake service. They come to you and change your brakes while you watch. Napa pads. Great price too. Carson was my brake tech and he was excellent. Very friendly, professional, very positive, upbeat, hard worker, fast, very knowledgable. 5 Stars!!!

Quick and friendly service! Damon was professional and even though my job was quite simple. He laid out options for me in case I just wanted to do the minimum repairs needed. He ended up replacing all pads and rotors in an hour and my truck drives way better now!

I had an honest, trustworthy, and overall excellent experience. Carson, the service manager who came out to work on my vehicle, was friendly and completed the service quickly—all while I stayed comfortable at home. I really appreciate how upfront both the dispatcher and Carson were about the pricing. There were no pushy upsells, and the warranty details were clearly explained. I’ll definitely continue using Brakes To Go and will have my family’s vehicles serviced through them as well. A big shoutout to Carson for his kindness and outstanding service!
