To add to my review - before I went to European Service Center, I used to always worry about my car breaking down somewhere. It never sounded quite right. I just realized this weekend - I'm not worrying about that anymore. Working with European Car Center will give you peace of mind. They listen, take your concerns seriously, and do a great job fixing problems. They are amazing! ------- I wish I found European Car center years ago to maintain my Mini Cooper. They are amazing! My car broke down after a failed repair caused over a year of problems. The dealer claimed that my car wasn't working right because it was "old." A conversation with the tow truck driver inspired me to try a new place. I went to European Service Center. They not only fixed the issue, they found all sorts of other issues the dealer should have identified. Their inspections are thorough and they share with you all the computer/meter readings, videos, and photos. They spend time educating you about what's happening with your car. I decided to have them inspect the repair that the dealer claimed was fixed. They found the problem and fixed it. My car hasn't worked this great in years! Everything is functioni

I had a great experience with European Service Center. I have continued to use them with services on my car. The staff is very friendly and professional from the beginning to end. They got me in quickly without a long wait and the whole process was smooth and efficient with updates along the way. The service was done faster than I expected. I really appreciate how easy they made it. I would definitely recommend!

I went to this auto repair shop when my car started vibrating at higher speeds, which made highway driving uncomfortable. The mechanic first took the car for a short test drive to understand the issue properly. After that, they checked the wheels, tires, and balancing carefully. They quickly identified uneven wheel balance as the main cause. I really liked how they explained everything in simple terms and even showed me the issue so I could understand it clearly. The repair was completed the same day, and the improvement was immediate. The car now drives smoothly and feels stable even at higher speeds. The staff was honest, efficient, and very professional throughout the visit.

I traveled to Dallas from Miami to purchase a 911 991.1 from a local gentleman. Decided to take the vehicle to European Service Center for a PPI since it was close to where the car was located. The team here did an amazing job with answering all the questions I had about the car before, during, and after the inspection. Price was completely fair and they issued me the complete report of the inspections with pictures and everything. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it back home, I was happy to see a message from them asking if I got back home safely. The level of attentiveness that John and Alex have is unmatched. I wish I can clone them and the shop and have them back home in Miami. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks John and Alex!
