Absolutely deceptive. I had my brake pads replaced less than 3 months ago. I was advised of a 3 month warranty. They are squeaking now with each stop. The technician advised the rotors were fine. I also had the fluid changed. I reached out to have a tech come take a look. They are refusing to check the issue citing the mileage is greater than 3k since service (4615). This is totally inaccurate and conveniently the receipt has no mileage like my previous invoice for service did. However I had an oil change near the same day. So I have proof of correct mileage. Buyers beware!!! They use cheap products and have poor workmanship. Brakes should not be squeaking less than 2.5 months after repair. It would seem my only recourse it to go to another mechanic and sue them in small claims for damages, whatever it maybe as well as file a bbb report and consumer report for both Texas and NC. It's a shame they were given the opportunity to fix their mistakes and refuse to do so.

I don’t want to mess up Mark’s performance and review which is why I’m putting a 5 star review. He was very professional and efficient with his job. Knowledgeable of his industry, recommend using them but plan your day accordingly as it took some time to find destination and get started. Company helped out in my situation which I’m grateful!

I couldn't be more pleased with Brakes to You!!! I own a European car and Firestone had the nerve to quote me $3200 for new brake pads. I sent a text to Brakes to you and within 20 minutes I had a price that beat the socks off of Firestone! They came all the way to you and the Tech that arrived today (David) sat outside in the pouring down rain and lighting and replaced all 4 of my pads. Highly recommended!!!!

Came to my office while I was at work and replaced my brake pads in 30 minutes. All for what I would consider a steal of a price for the convenience alone. Shoutout to David for the help, I highly recommend!

Customer service is good, they are quick to answer questions and concerns and they arrive on time. My issue is with the quality of service. I had my rotors replaced and after breaking them in and waiting the recommended time from them, my brakes were still squeaking. A technician came out at no extra charge, and told me the rotors were not sitting correctly. He changed it and said that should be it. My brakes are STILL squeaking. Price is alright if you’re not going to be dealing with this issue. 7/24/26 Update: after a couple of months with changed rotors, i am having to fully replace them. Please don’t waste your money. I was vetting them, thought they were really good. Now I need to find a mechanic that can fix my brakes.
