The Team at the Caliber Collison facility, literally walking distance from our business where I work. The did a phenomenal job communicating to our Insurance company we use as well as every step in the process. The branch Manager Sergio Perez was very professional as well as his support staff. Recommend going to them for your Auto collison repairs.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had my red Camaro repaired at Caliber Collision in Anaheim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I received superb customer service. Bianca greeted me with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. My estimator, Jim Wood, was equally impressive. He thoroughly explained the repair process, kept me informed, and set clear expectations from the beginning. The damage to my Camaro was relatively minor, and I was initially told the repairs would take about a week. To my surprise, the Caliber Collision team was able to order the necessary parts and complete all repairs in just two days! The quality of the work was exceptional, and my Camaro looks fantastic. I was truly impressed by the communication, speed, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by everyone involved. if I could leave zero stars I would their communication is horrible and they didn’t even fix my car correctly first they said that they were waiting for the emblem to get delivered when I went to pick up my car they then said the bumper didn’t fit all of a sudden and that they had to re order it the paint was also chipped and I have to take it back once again on top of charging so much to the insurance for the work their work is not good and they act like your a burden when you try to get any answers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Caliber Collision made the entire repair process incredibly easy. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and quick with the estimate. They kept me updated throughout the repair, communicated clearly, and were always approachable when I had questions. The work was completed on time and my car looks great. Should your auto/truck/SUV need repairs I strongly urge you to take it to NORTHWEST ANAHEIM CALIBER COLLISION ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My 2004 Ford Mustang (40th Anniversary Edition) needed repairs and was sent by my insurance company to NORTHWEST ANAHEIM CALIBER COLLISION for repairs. Gladys, Receptionist, to my Customer Service Consultant Ross Pollitt, their continued attention to me was heartwarming, polite, and professional. And the repair team was fantastic! I wouldnt have known where the damaged sections of the car had been if I hadn't seen the damage: rear bumper and fender, left side bumper and fender, driver's door, and left headlight. I am very particular about my Mustang and I was grinning the whole way home in my fully repaired (and washed) Any futures repairs be done at NORTHWEST ANAHEIM CALIBER COLLISION!
