I had the best customer service experience start to finish with Fix Auto North Anaheim. If you're in need for collision repair I highly recommend them. I had an afternoon appointment to drop my car off. When I got there Enterprise was there waiting to take me to pick up my rental thanks to Fix Auto making the arrangement on my behalf. The check-in process was simple and took only a few minutes. Here's why Fix Auto gets 5 stars. They keep you updated on the progress of the repair via text/email. The updates are accurate and helpful. I dropped my car off on the 3/16. I was told it would be finished by the 31st. Having used other shops in the past, I was preparing myself to not get my car back until sometime in April. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text message update stating my car was ready to be picked up on the 26th! When I got there, Daisy arranged for Enterprise to pick my rental up from Fix Auto. The manager over my repair project John, walked me to my vehicle. He went over the repair with me confirming I was satisfied with the work done. The best and fastest repair shop. 10/10 They always update me and go above and beyond when it comes to other minor scratches and paint defects. I will forever come here and recommend this place. They also Charge my vehicle during repairs so I’m at a good charge when picking up. Also every repair comes with a free wash ;)

I have a collectors edition Corvette. They fixed it perfectly and had top notch customer service. Speedy, friendly, and easy to work with. Need I say more? 11/10 would recommend! Background info: T boned by an elderly person. I was able to have my vehicle taken in quickly and throughout the process, Erika, Hugo, Daisy, and Carlos were wonderful to me. Everything was transparent and all questions were answered so effectively that I never had a single concern. I'll be taking my other vehicles here as well if anything occurs, top notch staff and company!

My process was fluid, with updates along the way, and my truck was finished two days early. The results were fantastic with paint that looks like it did when I got it off the showroom floor in 2007. I’m very pleased with the entire process and all interactions with their friendly staff. Hugo and Erika at the front desk are very professional, friendly, and quick working, moving the process along briskly. Thanks again. 5-26-24 UPDATE: Lol almost exactly a year later my BRAND NEW dream truck was backed into at low speed. It caused only light scratches to the black painted/solid steel front bumper, and the red tow hook that punched into the other cars bumper was also scratched. Fix Auto once again handled it quickly and beautifully. My girl Tracy is back to perfection. Thank you.
