My experience started off fine. The staff was friendly and communication seemed good. However, the quality of the work and attention to detail were very disappointing. As soon as I got my car back, I noticed the alignment was off, with the steering wheel tilted to the right. This should have been caught before the car was returned to me, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. I later found a plastic piece from my fender left in my trunk instead of being reattached. On top of that, my front license plate was missing. After multiple calls, I was eventually told that it had been lost. I now have to pay for a replacement because of their mistake. While the staff was polite, these repeated oversights show a lack of care and thoroughness. I initially left a positive review, but based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this shop.

My car was at the shop for a minor fender bender. It took almost three weeks for it to be completed. When I went to pick it up I was not able to do so because the hood, fender and bumper were not aligned properly. Bumper was not prepped for paint correctly (mold overrun) and I was told that that was normal and it will come off with a polish, they did not fix it. Half of the grill trim that was replaced is not the same color as the OEM one, again I was told that it is normal and that overtime it will change color. Fender flare is not properly attached and coming off the car (aftermarket fender and flare were used). They replaced the broken headlight with a used one with scratches on it, and looks older than the one on mu vehicle. Bumper paint looks like orange peel. Hood is still misaligned. My dash cam was disconnected for some reason, no idea why would my security system was tampered with and why I was not made aware of this. Overall very dissatisfied with your repairs.

Overall great experience! Car had a busted tail light and caliber fixed it in a quick timely manner. Work is flawless. Can’t even tell anything happened. Friendly staff and Marco was absolutely informative and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Great experience at Caliber Collision. The repair work looks very good and was done very fast. My service advisor Ana was amazing she provided excellent customer service and kept me well informed the whole time. Thank you to the team everyone was very helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Chula Vista after my Audi was involved in an accident. My estimator, Marco, was professional, communicative, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, and my car looks fantastic again. I really appreciated the attention to detail and great customer service from start to finish.
