From the moment I came in for my inspection, Jose provided outstanding customer service. He helped me during the inspection, when I dropped off my Tahoe, and again when I picked it up. Every single time, he was kind, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was also very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I also had no issues at all with my insurance company accepting CV Auto Body’s repair estimate and proposal. The entire process was smooth and hassle free, which made everything so much less stressful. Overall, my experience with CV Auto Body was excellent. They were fast, their workmanship is amazing, and my car looks brand new! They even washed my car before I picked it up, which was a nice surprise. They also have coffee and refreshments available for customers while you wait. Thank you, CV Auto Body, for your exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs and outstanding customer care!

WOW!! Professionalism and community service at its finest!! I can't say enough good things about CV Auto Body. After an accident, my car door was completely jammed and wouldn't open. I had already contacted other body shops and either got turned away or was told I'd need to schedule an appointment and wait. I lived with this, everyday, just struggling to get in my car. One day, I walked into this shop, and I immediately felt like I was at the right place at the right time. Marco had a very welcoming personality. He didn't ask me to wait, nor come back. He simply smiled, he listened to me, looked at my car, asked for my concerns, and brought it in right away. Marco had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. Not only did CV Auto Body solve the issue quickly, but they were incredibly kind and didn't even charge me a repair fee!!!! I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. It's very rare nowadays to find businesses that genuinely want to help people, and do it with professionalism. Their honesty, and willingness to help turned a long stressful situation into the best experience! I highly recommend them and will definitely return if I ever need body work in the future. Marc

Unfortunately, one afternoon my parked Lexus was hit while I was playing pickleball. I thought this was going to ruin my month but surprisingly the culprit looked for me and alerted me to her small accident with my vehicle. She happened to have good insurance with Wawanessa. My neighbor asked that I take my vehicle to Chula Vista Auto Body, and I am so glad I did. Everyone at this shop was professional and offered outstanding customer service. Mr Navarro assisted me with approval with insurance company, explained the ordering parts process and work needed. He was nice enough to call me once parts were in shop and conveniently worked around my schedule. I dropped off car to this shop one day before my trip and he had car ready the morning I returned from my trip to Texas. My Lexus is beautiful again after they fixed my bumper. Having body done in a car is usually not a good experience; I can no longer make this statement thanks to the staff from Chula Vista Auto Body shop. I had a great experience working with Chula Vista Auto Body. What stood out the most was how trustworthy and transparent their entire team is. Every step of the process was handled exactly the way they said it would be. From the initial estimate, to the tear down, to the paint day, all the way through to getting the vehicle back. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Emails were sent on time, calls were returned promptly, and anytime I had a question there was always someone friendly available to help. I also had the chance to speak with the owner, and it’s easy to see why the entire staff reflects the same professionalism and friendliness. The repair timeline they gave us was already reasonable, but they actually completed everything even quicker than planned, which was a huge bonus. It’s rare to find a business that is this transparent about their pricing, process, and timelines and then actually delivers exactly as promised. Everyone involved was extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Chula Vista Auto Body to anyone looking for an honest and reliable auto body shop.

Brought my 2014 Kia forte to replace the back bumper through insurance. The staff was attentive and offered coffee:) (They have a cool looking seating area) My service advisor was Pedro and he made this whole process easy and worry free. I have to make a shout out to the GM Irving for making me feel at ease. You can tell he loves what he does and takes care of his team and customers. The entire team was amazing! Car is looking great and looks new! Chula Vista Auto Body are true professionals:)
