I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. My service advisor, Alex, was extremely informative and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. He even communicated directly with my insurance company, which made everything much less stressful for me. The repairs on my vehicle were completed beautifully, it looks as if the accident never happened. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I also want to recognize Adriana at the front desk. She was very welcoming, friendly, and kind every time I interacted with her. Thank you to the entire team at Caliber Collision for providing excellent customer service and high-quality repairs. I highly recommend them!

Regarding the repair of the car, the evaluation is good, but I found many paint scratches during the repair process and when I received the car, I also told the manager to deliver the car to me and he said he would soon make an appointment with me to complete the repair of those scratches. I'm still waiting and hope to get an appointment soon to fix the scratches, thank you

Caliber collision was awesome experience definitely with the help of Fabian giving accurate ready date’s and making my vehicle feel like it just came from the dealership as he promise and adriana i believe at the front desk answered every call and every question overall customer service 10 out of 10 definitely will recommend again

I was in a recent car accident about two weeks ago. My whole back end was damaged enough to where I had to go to a body shop. The people here at caliber collision in San Bernardino are awesome. Evan was my main person of contact throughout the entire process, great guy to work with if you have any questions, he don’t mind taking his time and explaining things and if you can’t get a hold of him, he’ll give you a call back the same day from the front desk to the body shop workers again great people to work with I would highly recommend them.
