Fernando with Gerber collision was very helpful. Kept me informed and up to date on repairs. After going back and fourth with insurance about specific parts/paints, the insurance (geico) refused to cover. However, Gerber was nice enough to cover those repairs/parts. Appreciate their service and commitment to making sure there was no additional issues with the vehicle even after some eletrical issues came up. They were on it, offered a rental, and dropped the vehicle off at my home once fixed.

Customer service is top tier. Fernando is very friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. My car was ready a lot sooner than expected. And looked brand new. Fernando went above and beyond and if i ever need repairs done I will most certainly return here.

I'm truly delighted with the service I received from start to finish. Vanessa, Elizabeth, and everyone I interacted with were outstanding and genuinely friendly. My car looks even better than before my accident—seriously, they did an incredible job, and I feel like I received an upgrade with top-tier quality! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. P.S. I believe these wonderful employees deserve a pay raise and/or bonus. The customer service here is unmatched. Thank you all so much once again!

my vehicle was hit overnight and my insurance suggested gerber collision & glass for my repairs. the only downside was that that accident happened during thanksgiving week and before the holidays so the repairs took longer than the original given date of completion. besides that, they were extremely helpful and kept me informed. they even paid for my rental when i maxed out through my insurance, since there was a delay. the cherry on top was that they were able to save the one and only sticker i had on my vehicle, which was an above and beyond service. i definitely recommend them for your repairs! p.s. i can’t give an estimate of their prices because i only had to pay my deductible since everything was handled through my insurance company
