Easiest experience of my life. I needed to replace my leaky windshield and I was anticipating a lengthy process, so I procrastinated it for ages. Finally, on a random Saturday, I put in a request on their website for a quote and the pop up said “we’ll get back to you in one business hour”. I figured I would hear back on Monday, but nope, they responded within 45 minutes with a quote for half the price Safelight quoted me for the same service. I brought my car in and they had my windshield replaced in half an hour. Everyone was super nice and accommodating the whole way through. Highly recommend.

Came in for a cracked windshield on my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Called ahead for an out-the-door quote and it was lower than what I saw from a few other places. I asked if I could work from their lobby while they handled it and they were cool with it. Got the WiFi when I arrived and just worked off my laptop the whole time. Took about 3 hours like they said. Everything came out clean and no issues afterward. I actually sent a photo to a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state and he was impressed with the quality for the price. Said it probably comes down to the volume they handle. Overall just a smooth experience. Would come back if I needed anything again.

Best price and best service!! I asked for an estimate and made an appointment for Thursday morning, was super easy to schedule. Their receptionists are super friendly, helpful, informative and talk with a smile which I really appreciate. They get things done! they’re either talking to a customer or on the phone helping someone. Great customer service. When I went to drop my car off I was helped immediately, was in and out within an hour and a half. They have an amazing team! Fast, efficient and best price I could find in Sacramento, Super happy with the service and will share with all my friends! I was quoted $500 by my auto insurance and paid way less than half of that here. Super happy and affordable!! Thank you everyone at Cap. Auto Glass!! :D

It's a pleasant experience here. Friendly staff all around and a welcoming warmth waiting room. Price is affordable, too. Though waiting time may vary depending on how busy they are, it should be noted for some of you guys who don't mind waiting like I did. Mines got done fairly quickly then expected. Probably because I arrived here right after opening time. It was finished by an hour and a half when I was first told it'll be about three hours work. Highly recommend. Great work.
