I got in 3 back-to-back collisions over the course of a few months and they repaired my car each time quickly and it looks like a new car. Amazing service and customer service. I highly recommend!

I chose CARSTAR Douglas for my Tesla Model Y repair after learning that the official Tesla Collision Center was heavily booked and generally would not push back against insurance companies for OEM parts. After a long search, I decided to work with CARSTAR Douglas, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Not only was the quality of the repair outstanding, but they also actively advocated for me when GEICO’s adjuster attempted to cut costs and minimize coverage on several items. I was fortunate to work with Kennie throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, genuinely helpful, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. The repair work was completed to a very high standard, and I always felt that my interests were being protected. If you own a Tesla and are looking for a Tesla-certified body shop that does quality work and will stand up to insurance companies when necessary, I highly recommend CARSTAR Douglas.

I would 100% recommend this shop especially for a Honda owner. They’re Honda certified and also were very speedy on the repair time. Kenny was communicative and helpful in terms of updates on the repair and informing me of what the issues were exactly.

A sheet of plywood hit our windshield on our Model X. CARSTAR Douglas was referred to us by our insurance company for being a certified Tesla repair center. From the beginning, John took his time to go thru the process and what he expected the timeline to be. John was very communicative and always very helpful. He and the team helped with a request I had with my headlights. I definitely appreciated them for that. The repair looks unnoticeable and was done earlier than expected. Which was great. Another nice surprise was the full detail they did on the interior! My kids left so much stuff in there and they cleaned it all up. I’m so glad we went to CARSTAR.
