I used this shop to repair my car through an insurance claim. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. From dropping off my car to picking it up, everything went smoothly, and they took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently. They also coordinated well with the rental car company, which made the whole process even more convenient and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a reliable body shop, I definitely recommend this place!

My 2017 Lexus was recently repaired at Unicar Auto Body after sustaining front-end damage in a hit-and-run accident. After I contacted my insurance company, Garen, the shop's manager, called to set up a same-day appointment to review the damage. After inspecting the car and taking photos for the insurance claim, Garen kept the vehicle that same day to assess the damage and prepare a repair estimate. His office arranged for the rental car company to pick me up for the rental provided by my insurance company during the repairs. Garen sent the estimate to my insurance company, who then provided me with the details on the second day. Throughout the four days it took Unicar Auto Body to repair my car, I was kept informed of the progress, and Garen called on the fourth day to let me know the car would be ready for pickup by the end of the day. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was thoroughly impressed with the results. Garen walked me through the extra details his team had taken care of to ensure an outstanding finish. It was the kind of work that earned him and his body man a well-deserved fist bump before I drove my car — looking as good as new — out of the shop. Garen and Unicar

WARNING DONT BRING YOUR CAR. STEAL PARTS FROM YOUR CAR. Long story short..my insurance made me take my car to get an estimate from them and they took my car apart without my permission after that they tried charging my insurance from an estimate of 2-3k they tried charging my insurance 10k which made my insurance deny the claim and made them raise suspicion. After that I asked them if I could pick up my car and they said they took it apart and it’s $600 to put back together. After paying the money to put back together they said some of my pieces broke when they took it apart and they won’t repair it and then they stole my emblem and other parts of my car. A brand new car not even a year in. I asked how much to fix paying cash they said 10k and wouldn’t lower from there. The owner or manager he’s very rude. Will walk away while your asking questions and tell you he’s to busy to talk. I went to 4 different auto body shops quoted me far less and even they agreed they didn’t have to take certain things off my car for the damages I was claiming. It made my life a real nightmare dealing with this auto body shop especially the guy who manages the place. Please beware about this place. I t

I got my 2018 BMW M550i body work done at this shop and I’m really happy with how everything came out. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, very professional, and kept me updated the entire time. The work was done fast, with no issues, and the quality of the repair looks perfect. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I definitely recommend this shop if you want your car fixed the right way.

The staff was very helpful and made everything easy and stress free. Thank you to Dunia , Emily Garen as well for doing such a great job on my car it looks amazing. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend this bodyshop.
