100/10 experience. From start to finish the team did a great job keeping things as simple as possible. I can’t thank Cameron enough also, from consistent follow up, to assisting me with additional needed repair's, and amazing detail with cleaning my vehicle for me. These guys are top notch. Wow, wow, wow! CARSTAR McLaren Irvine is truly the best! I was nervous about finding a trustworthy body shop after my accident because you always hear stories about scams or places overcharging. But this shop is completely different — they exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Brandon for helping me through the entire process. I have the utmost confidence in McLaren! They provide excellent customer service and consistently have done superb work on my car after it has been hit. My previous insurance company suggested I go to Fix Auto Body and they were the worst of the worst. I switched insurance companies and no matter who my future insurance carrier is, I will always choose McLaren. They genuinely care about their customer's satisfaction and freely offer helpful advice, perspective, knowledge and communication. They are a pleasure to do business with. Finally, the fact that they are locally owned and operated makes a huge difference when it comes to exceptional work and customer relations. It was a pleasure to meet the owner who actually also works there on-site. Because McLaren is locally owned and operated, i am comforted to know that I don't have to fight some endless bureaucracy to determine accountability if some issue were to arise. Meeting the owner made it even more vividly apparent as to why and how McLaren is the BEST of the Best! Many thanks to Brandon for his reliable customer support and service. I am a tough critic, yet, I give McLaren an A+ as they are absolutely superb.

I had a wonderful experience with CARSTAR McLaren Irvine. Bill Hubbard was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up, which made things so convenient, and I didn’t even have to worry about returning the loaner car because they offered to handle that as well. When I received my car, it was in pristine condition. You can tell they take pride in their work. Their office is also very cozy and welcoming ✨cool inside with complimentary water and coffee, which you don’t typically get at a body shop.👌🏼 Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my front bumper repaired and upgraded at this body shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The team is exceptionally communicative. I chose to purchase an aftermarket front bumper, and not only did they expertly repair all the original OEM components, but they also installed the new bumper and color matched it for me. Throughout the process, they responded promptly to every question I had and even offered advice to help me select the right aftermarket part. Brendan, James, and Mary were all wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring – they made the whole process seamless and very clear to me. I’ve examined their work closely under good lighting, and the quality is outstanding. All the anxiety is gone. I’m absolutely thrilled with the the level of service, and communication. I rarely write reviews, but this shop deserves every bit of praise. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I recommend them to anyone needing bodywork done right. Thank you!
