Terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs. They made 2 additional damages to the car, telling me the technician no longer with the shop, unable to find out what is going on. They only willing to polish the scratches they made, but refused to even talk about the problem they made on the grill. Pictures are what I found out when I pick up the car.

Our car had significant damage and they worked quickly and efficiently to repair it. It was done 6 days early. Runs better than before we were hit. Paint was done perfectly. Very satisfied with the customer service and repair work. I recommend them and we will go back if we ever needed.

Amazing service!! My car got hit while parked a few weeks ago & Fix Auto Irvine made the entire experience of fixing my car a pleasant one! From start to finish the service was top notch. Super friendly, super helpful (removed my complicated car seats for me), understanding, flexible, and overall awesome!! Thank you Fix Auto Irvine!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Fix Auto Irvine. My insurance company directed me to this shop as their preferred body shop for a windshield replacement so I expected a professional and efficient experience. Instead I encountered poor customer service and a complete lack of communication. I scheduled an appointment with Armando and brought my vehicle in for an estimate on June 25. From the moment I arrived Armando was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Rather than treating me like a valued customer I felt like I was an inconvenience. What happened next was even worse. Five days have now passed and I still have not received the repair estimate. Despite multiple follow-up calls and reminders to both Armando and Jessica no one has provided the estimate till now. Having to repeatedly chase a business for something as basic as an estimate for a new windshield is unacceptable. It's difficult to understand how a shop can be an insurance company's "preferred" repair facility when it cannot provide timely communication or basic customer service. Giving Fix Auto Irvine 5 stars for great service. Jacky provided a very friendly and fast service.Told Jacky when I dropped off my car on a Tues that I was hoping to get my car back by Fri. She gave an honest estimate of 3-4 days depending on what they find after removing parts. She kept in contact with me via text and email on the status of the repair. My car was ready to be picked up on Thurs. They finished the work in 2.5 days. Armando provided an honest estimate without pushing to go with there shop. Armando even said I can also try to just touch up the paint myself or have someone to just paint the damaged area. But advised that if I wanted the repair to be done correctly, parts need to be removed and sensors calibrated on these new cars. After repairs we're done, they cleaned the interior and washed the car. I can't tell where the damage was after the repair was done. The damaged area looks brand new again. I recieved an itemized list of everything that was done along with a checklist. Final price was slightly more than the estimate but not enough to make me worry about the discrepancy.
