Lacking morality and honesty! My elderly mother went in for a smog check in her 2006 Buick and they told her they were unable to connect to her car and to fix the issue, would start at $200. She went to another smog shop and was treated fairly and honestly like any other customer, not like how Casey's was trying to take advantage of an elderly female. So sad that a 50+ year resident of Goleta is treated in such a corrupt way by a business that has also been in Goleta for many years. I hope the management takes a hard look at how they conduct business!

Recently, our family 1970's VW Bus required an inspection and diagnosis and we were referred to Casey's Garage or the repairs. The Garage Manager and mechanic were very professional and provided the highest level of customer care and service. THANK YOU CASEY'S GARAGE !!!

I had to stop by here on my way to Orange County because my engine light turned on along with the VSC & TRAC Off lights. Luckily it was not busy and the mechanic team was able to diagnose the issue. Bob mentioned that he used to work for a dealership and the error was common on my model. They reset the error and let me know that I should make it home with no problem so I can have my local mechanic take care of it. They did not end up charging me for diagnosis. Great honest help is hard to find! I hope they enjoyed the pastries I dropped off after leaving with my invaluable peace of mind.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Casey. My daughter is a student at UCSB and her car started to have issues on Saturday. She was trying to drive back to her apartment when it stopped on a busy street in the turn lane and she could not get it moving. Casey stopped and kindly offered his assistance. He helped calm down my daughter, got the car started again and offered that she follow him a few blocks to his garage so that we could get the car off the road. He offered a loaner vehicle and promised to look at it as soon as he opened on Monday. He did as promised, found the issue, ordered and installed the part and got the car back to her on Tuesday. His pricing was also extremely good - I expected to pay a lot more! We will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Casey to anyone who needs work on their car.
