This is the first time I've come here and all I can say is I wish all mechanics were as friendly, straight-forward, courteous, and flexible as he is. Even his team when you call is very nice and courteous to you. He understands the problem, helps where he can and tells you what you need and doesn't at all try to upsell you just to make more. He actually tries to get you fixed up rather than make more money off you. He tries to meet you halfway. I had been to sun auto and bring your own part and was given the runaround and overcharged for turbos and wastegates. I wish to God my fiance and I had found him first. I will definitely come back to him if anything major happens. He has definitely gained our trust.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen at Chad Miller Auto Care. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at my friend’s situation. At one point, they actually referred to his car as “Humpty Dumpty.” What was even more frustrating was being told they wouldn’t even inspect the car unless we agreed to a caliper replacement first. That’s not how you earn a customer’s trust. We ended up taking the car to EC Quality Car Care, and the experience was the complete opposite. They treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, properly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the car without mocking anyone or making us feel unwelcome. I cannot recommend Chad Miller Auto Care based on my experience. If you’re looking for a shop that values professionalism and customer service, I’d avoid this place. If you’re looking to be treated with respect and have your concerns taken seriously, I’d recommend EC Quality Car Care instead. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience was a complete disappointment. BTW DIDNT NEED A NEW CALIPER

I've used Chad Miller Auto Care for years and never given them their proper due through a review and a score that they truly deserve. Chad and his team have always demonstrated integrity, clear communications, and expertise (Chad also has a great sense of humor). Finding a shop like this is a rare thing indeed. Thank you Chad Miller!

New in San Antonio, and for the first time, I decided to take my car to a mechanic instead of waiting for an appointment at the dealership ( which would be overpriced ) .They took the diagnostic I got previously and explained the two possible outcomes. They were transparent and great prices. I am happy that I found a family-owned ( not small) mechanical shop. Great customer service!

They recently serviced my car for transmission failure. With a repair of this magnitude I naturally had alot of questions & fear of the repair costs but, the team at Chad Miller did a great job of answering all of my questions & giving me peace of mind. They went through all of my service options which was very nice. Giving me the ability to choose how I wanted the transmission fixed was greatly appreciated.I've been taking my car to Chad Miller Auto Care since 2021, and I will continue to have my car serviced there. The staff always keeps me posted with service statuses & get the vehicle out in a timely manner, all while performing great work for a great price! Thank you to the team at Chad Miller Auto Care!
